Your package

Your years in the industry have given you great understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, as well as the fundamentals of designing for accessibility and WCAG 2.1 requirements. This is also true for the fundamentals of graphic design and typography, which you can apply in your daily work. Design is your passion, and you always stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies within that area.

Your delivery

As a UX/UI Designer at PostNord, you’ll be responsible for delivering visually stunning user interfaces for digital services, including both web and app platforms, that adhere to PostNord’s brand guidelines. This entails creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand user needs and business requirements, ensuring that design implementations meet quality standards. You’ll play a vital role in contributing to and maintaining the evolution of the design system, as well as maintaining design documentation with other UX designers. An essential aspect of your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.

In your envelope

You possess a relevant education in Interaction Design or equivalent field, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a UI designer. Throughout your career, you have worked with, and even developed, UI libraries in Figma. Additionally, you have experience in designing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, which has helped you build a strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects/tasks. This experience has also provided you with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of designing for accessibility and meeting WCAG 2.1 requirements. Furthermore, you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Extra stamps

Do you have experience in HTML, CSS, and JS? Do you also possess an understanding of IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and Agile? If so, we consider your application as priority mail.
